Ferrosilicon is made from coke, steel scraps and quartz (or silica) and is smelted in an electric arc furnace. Ferrosilicon is widely used as a deoxidizer in the steelmaking process. At the same time, because the heat released when SiO2 is formed is relatively large, it is also beneficial to increase the temperature of the molten steel during deoxidation.   1. Packed in bags with a net weight of 1 ton, which are strong, weatherproof and sturdy.
  2.The bags are filled with steel forks to prevent debris from being mixed in.
  3.Fill it up and measure it to make sure it's the right size.  4.Ferrosilicon is loaded, you can see that our ferrosilicon is even in color without impurities, the quality is very good!
  5.Weighing. Each bag is weighed before it is sealed, and the actual weight of a ton is usually between 1003 and  1005 kilograms.
  6.Sealing. Each bag is sealed for traceability.
