Calcium silicon(CaSi) is a silicon calcium alloy obtained from silica, lime, and coke in a strong reducing atmosphere at 1500-1800 degrees. Its main components are silicon and calcium, and it also contains impurities such as iron, aluminum, carbon, sulfur, and phosphorus in varying amounts. In the iron and steel industry, it is used as a calcium additive, deoxidizer, desulfurizer, and denaturant for non-metallic inclusions. It is used as an inoculant and denaturant in the cast iron industry.

1. Packed in bags with a net weight of 1 ton, which are strong, weatherproof and sturdy.
2.The bags are filled with steel forks to prevent debris from being mixed in.
3.Fill it up and measure it to make sure it's the right size.
4.Ferrosilicon is loaded, you can see that our ferrosilicon is even in color without impurities, the quality is very  good!
5.Weighing. Each bag is weighed before it is sealed, and the actual weight of a ton is usually between 1003 and 1005 kilograms.
6.Sealing. Each bag is sealed for traceability.
7.Loading. Transportation from the factory to the port.
8.Marking. According to customer's requirement, the tonnage bag can be marked.
9.Crating. Each container can hold 20-27 tons of goods.
